For manual uncoiler, it is pulled forward by the roll forming machine, so there is a delay somehow. When stopping, it will still go forward a little before fully stopping.
It is not easy to load and unload coils by manual uncoiler. So we suggest our customers put 3 or 4 uncoiler in front of roll forming machine, to produce different materials. In this way, you can save the time and labor of changing coils.
